Job Overview And Responsibilities The Senior Manager - Systems Integration position will be a primary contact for application portfolios and business units to access engineering teams and infrastructure. The Senior Manager - Systems Integration manages a team that is accountable for planning, design, implementation of all infrastructures to support the work required of corporate projects. The position manages the relationship with application portfolio teams and business units to assure all needs are being met in a timely manner and are ultimately responsible for successfully delivering all engineering teamwork associated with a portfolio. Additionally, they manage systems dependencies and integration point. The role is also a liaison to the business units for operational issues and forecasting for production systems and associated capacity planning.- Interface:
- Identifies and leads functional team to solve technical, operational and organizational issues
- Reviews and is responsible for departmental budgets and resource allocations
- Develops departmental tactical plans to support technical and operational strategy
- Partners with various functional teams across the IT departments to support strategic enterprise vision and design
- Delivery/Support:
- Participates in problem management processes to determine root cause of failures and improve performance and reliability of systems and networks
- Leads functional team to ensure high quality, timely delivery of key infrastructure milestones to support corporate projects
- Improving delivery through automation, forecasting, and capacity planning
- Prepares, gains alignment on and delivers automation plans to improve speed and accuracy of delivery of infrastructure
- Review and approve all plans for production deployment of corporate projects
- Leads a team that then delivers the production deployment
- IT Process Management and Administrative:
- Deliver a detailed technology training plan to their staff which takes in to account all engineering teams specialties
- Accountable for administrative management of Information Technology Engineering professionals in the Microsoft SharePoint and MS Project space
- Define, prioritize, allocate resources, track and provide status reporting of work assignments, projects, programs
- Ensure IT engineering process disciplines (solution delivery, project management, work requests, QA, etc.) and standards are effectively managed and performed
- Provide information and periodic updates to support departmental IT performance metrics, monthly project status reporting and quarterly resource planning review
- Technical Infrastructure & Systems Integration Expertise:
- Managing complex system integrations and interdependencies
- Overseeing infrastructure engineering for corporate projects
- Reviewing/approving production deployment plans
- Understanding performance, capacity planning, and operational reliability
- Organizational Effectiveness / People:
- Provide leadership by ensuring department and individuals goals are met
- Manages talent utilizing HR supplied recognition tools and participates in workforce planning, staffing, and development
- Participates in assessing and recommending improvements to the organization structure, roles and responsibilities
- Responsible for individual performance assessments and improvement plans
- Responsible for coaching, counseling, assisting employees to develop individual career development and training plans
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management or relevant field of study
- 7+ years technical experience with IT systems
- Team management experience (5 years preferred)
- Experience working with diverse programs and portfolios in a large-scale capacity
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

- Master's degree
- 9+ years of related work experience
- 5+ experience in travel industry product management
- Jira, SharePoint, Teams, financial tools
- Certification in project management (PMP, Six Sigma, or equivalent)
- Microservices Foundations: Professional certification
- AWS Cloud Practitioner
- API Solutions Expertise
- Knowledge of Enterprise-wide Implications of API-based Solutions
- Knowledge of application and infrastructure Observability tools
- Knowledge of Disaster Recovery processes
The base pay range for this role is $137,275.00 to $178,670.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
