Indirect Procurement Analyst

LaSalle Network is currently partnering with a growing consumer products company looking for a motivated Indirect Procurement Analyst to support transactional procurement activities and ensure efficient Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations. You’ll collaborate with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders to manage purchase orders, track deliveries, support invoice processing, and maintain supplier catalogs.

Indirect Procurement Analyst Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and close Purchase Orders in ERP systems.

• Confirm orders with suppliers and monitor delivery timelines.

• Resolve invoice discrepancies and support payment processing.

• Assist internal users with Goods Receipt and Invoice Receipt issues.

• Maintain supplier catalogs and support onboarding.

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and support operational reporting.

Indirect Procurement Analyst Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred; Associate degree with experience accepted.

• 1–3 years in indirect procurement

• Familiarity with ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Oracle, Coupa) is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
