- Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team
- Post jobs to various job boards and social media sites
- Complete post acceptance administrative tasks related to offer letter, resumes and transition email to hiring manager
- Audit candidate information within applicant management system as needed
- Current junior undergraduate student at an accredited four-year institution
- Pursuing Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in in Human Resources, Business or related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.2
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and Word
- Excellent customer service, problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities
- Ability to work in Chicago in a full-time capacity for 10 weeks, beginning in June of 2026
