Senior Salesforce Digital Agent Engineer (Agentforce / AI)

Job Description

This is a Senior Salesforce role that's focused on building real, production-grade digital agents using Salesforce Agentforce and LLMs - not just Einstein features or proof-of-concept work. This is a very hands-on role, about 80% development, where you own the full lifecycle of digital agents: design, build, deploy, monitor, and continuously improve. The agents are consumer- and employee-facing and run across web, SMS, and voice channels. What makes the role unique is the blend of skills. You need to be strong in declarative Salesforce tools like Flow and Agent Builder, as well as Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations. Data Cloud is core because the agents are only as good as the data behind them. You'll work directly with product owners and business stakeholders, and this team is one of the more advanced Agentforce adopters in financial services. It's also a long-term architect pipeline role for someone who wants to grow.

Skills and Requirements

• 10+ years professional experience, 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development

• Production experience deploying LLM-driven digital agents (Agentforce)

• Strong experience with:

o Agentforce Agent Builder (topics, actions)

o Salesforce Flow orchestration

o Apex + invocable actions

o Lightning Web Components

• Solid understanding of Data Cloud and AI driven data enablement

• Experience integrating Salesforce with external backend systems via APIs

• Comfortable leading business facing conversations

• Strong understanding of scalability, security, monitoring, and maintainability

Required Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer

• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist
