Manufacturing Finance Manager

This position will work closely with the Vice President of Finance. This is an Illinois onsite role that may transition into a Hybrid position. This role may require light travel both Domestic and International. The primary functions of the role will be the day-to-day accounting and finance management of the worldwide Division for Packaging Coatings and other financial duties as assigned or requested from our Parent Company. The Manufacturing Finance Manager will work closely with the Vice President of Finance and provide assistance as needed to our operational controllers. This position currently has no direct reports

· Assisting Operational Controllers as needed

· Assisting Vice President - Finance as needed

· Assisting Corporate Stahl Finance as needed

· FP&A

· Budgeting

· Forecasting

· Costing

· Working Capital and cash flow Management (assist Controllers with)

· Risk Management

· Financial Consolidation and Reporting

· Strategic projects

· Process improvements

Education/Experience:

CPA and/or MBA or equivalent highly desired but not required. The candidate must have at least 10 years of accounting experience and 5 years accounting/finance management/leadership. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/ university in a Finance related field is required. Manufacturing experience required within the last 3 years is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $140,000.00 per year
