• Location: Riverwoods, IL (Hybrid)
• Duration: 9 Months (Contract to Hire)
• Pay Rate: $80/h

️ Responsibilities:

• Lead the full lifecycle of infrastructure product delivery: planning, execution, reporting, and closure.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies across infrastructure and middleware platforms.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps, project dashboards, and risk logs.
• Remove blockers, track milestones, and ensure team alignment.
• Provide clear, timely communication between product teams, leadership, and partner departments.
• Participate in or lead strategic discussions to align tech initiatives with business goals.
• Own and escalate issues, promote accountability, and ensure end-to-end project success.

Required Skills:

• 1+ years of Agile methodology
• 6+ years of Project Management experience (preferably infrastructure or middleware-related)
• 5+ years of Infrastructure or Middleware experience
• 2+ years with Layer 7 API Gateway
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel – Excel test required for Infrastructure PM )
• Enhanced Jira skills (including dashboards & JQL)
• ServiceNow experience
