INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:

• Valid Business License (if necessary for the service type)
• Worker's Compensation Insurance
• General Liability Insurance
• Federal EIN #
• Other verifiable business
• 18 years of age minimum
• Favorable background investigation results
• You can not be a sole proprietor

Provide professional commercial window washing services , including:

• Interior & exterior window cleaning (low-rise, mid-rise, storefront, and commercial facilities)
• Use of ladders, lifts, poles, or other access systems as required
• Removal of dirt, grime, and buildup using professional-grade methods and tools
• Maintain equipment in safe working condition
• Deliver streak-free, inspection-ready results
• Communicate clearly with our team when needed

This is real field work - physical, technical, and detail-driven

• Proven window washing experience (commercial preferred)
• Ability to safely work at heights (ladders, lifts, or rope systems as applicable)
• Professional equipment (or ability to obtain it)
• General liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and accountability
