Our Client is one of the fastest growing players in the Cybersecurity/Digital Transformation space, with key differentiators in the Capital Markets, Insurance, Banking and many other verticals!

They are looking for an Alliance Manager VP/Director who has (5-10) years of experience in the Cybersecurity and/or Digital space working w/ Alliance Partners focused on the Capital Markets, Insurance, Banking and other verticals!

The Digital Landscape for this market is growing dynamically and they aim to take the organization from $120M to $500M through Organic and Inorganic Strategies. In this undertaking North America will be the most Critical Market and the expectation is that North America will lead the Expected Growth Aspiration of the Company!

Position Summary:

You will be responsible for the Recruitment, Management & Development of Critical Tier 1 & Tier 2 Alliance Partners. You will be in charge of Managing & Growing their Alliance Profile throughout the US!

Our Client is looking for an Alliances Director with companies like: AWS, ServiceNow, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Accenture, Avanade, Cognizant, Deloitte, KPMG, EY, Capgemini, PWC, IBM, TCS, HCL, Wipro, Infosys, DXC, Wipro, Okta, Arctic Wolf, McAfee, Trend Micro, Palo Alto, etc. in their background!

Responsibilities:

• Manage Global Alliance Partnership in the Cybersecurity and/or Digital Transformation space.
• Establish the Cadence, Processes and Workflows for Alliance Partners and drive BizDev through these Partners.
• Lead the Vision and Creation of New Ideas and Revenue Streams for Alliance Partners and their Customers.
• Manage Communications and Activities for both Internal and External Alliance Resources.

Experience:

The ideal candidate will be a Strategic Thinker who has an Entrepreneurial Mentality and is a self-starter. Ideal candidates will have High Levels of Energy & Enthusiasm! Strong Listening, Comprehension, Communication, Attention to Detail and Follow-Up Skills are Paramount to Success in this Position.

• Cybersecurity / Digital Transformation Alliance Business Development Skills and Experience.
• You must have strong Cybersecurity and/or Digital Alliance/Partner Relationships already Established .
• Cybersecurity and/or Digital Transformation Alliance experience is a Must.
• Strong Written, Oral Communication Skills & Presentation Skills are also a Must!

Base Salary: $170,000.00 - $180,000.00+ (DOE)

Total Compensation: $250,000.00 - $260,000.00 (No Cap) + Great Accelerators + Equity + Full Expenses + Upward Mobility

Location: Any Major City in the US

Positions: (1)

Travel: 30%
