We are looking for a visionary and execution-oriented leader to join our team as Senior Manager, Technology Partnerships, AI and Identity .
This role sits at the intersection of identity, security, and artificial intelligence. You will be responsible for defining, executing, and scaling a winning strategy for AI-driven product partnerships that will shape the future of customer identity and access management (CIAM). You will be at the forefront of enabling developers and organizations—from fast-growing AI-native startups to large enterprises—to build secure, delightful, and intelligent agentic customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic and experienced leader with a deep understanding of the identity landscape. They will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing technology partners to create joint solutions that drive customer value, accelerate market adoption, and generate new revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for AI-centric product partnerships that create differentiated value for developers and end-users in the CIAM space.
- Work hands-on with product, engineering, and design teams , as well as our external partners, to build and launch best-in-class product integrations.
- Structure and negotiate innovative partnership agreements that drive market share, user adoption, and revenue growth for both Auth0 and our partners.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new technology partners that offer complementary solutions in AI, fraud detection, identity verification, customer data platforms (CDPs), marketing automation, and more.
Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners, driving joint go-to-market activities, including co-marketing, co-selling, and joint solution development
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in technology partnerships, business development, or product management , with at least 3+ years focused on AI, Identity, or Developer Platforms
- Strong technical acumen – ability to discuss APIs, SDKs, and product integrations with confidence
- Demonstrated success in building and launching new partnerships and programs from scratch.
- A proven track record of successfully sourcing, negotiating, and executing complex and creative technology partnerships that drive tangible business results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- BA/BS degree required; MBA or technical degree a plus

The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between: $193,000—$289,000 USD Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
