🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality systems and processes for aerospace component manufacturing

• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions (CAPA) for quality issues

• Support customer and regulatory audits and ensure compliance with aerospace standards

• Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to maintain product quality

• Assist with inspection plans, documentation, and process validation

✅ Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field

• 3+ years of experience in quality engineering within manufacturing

• Experience with aerospace components or highly regulated industries preferred

• Strong knowledge of quality systems, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement tools

• Familiarity with inspection processes, documentation, and quality metrics
