KEY WAREHOUSE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• RECEIVING AND PROCESSING: Unloading incoming shipments, inspecting items for damage, labeling, and verifying contents against purchase orders.
• INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: Organizing, sorting, and storing inventory in designated location to optimize space.
• ORDER FULFILLMENT ( PICKING/PACKING ): Retrieving items from storage (picking) and securely packaging them (packing) for shipping.
• SHIPPING AND LOADING: Preparing pallets, loading trucks, and updating records for outgoing shipments.
• SAFETY AND MAINTENANCE: Operating equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely, maintaining a clean workspace, and removing hazards.

CORE REQUIRED SKILLS

• PHYSICAL STAMINA: Ability to stand for long periods and lift, push, or pull heavy items (50+ lbs.).
• ACCURACY & DETAIL: High attention to detail for labeling and inventory counting.
• TECHNICAL SKILLS: Familiarity with safe operation of material handling equipment.
• COMMUNICATION: Ability to work well with team members and supervisors.

MINIMUM MANDATORY EXPERIENCE: 1-2 YEARS

COMPENSATION: $18 - $20 PER HOUR BASED ON EXPERIENCE, HEALTH INSURANCE OR OTHER BENEFITS NOT PROVIDED

WORK HOURS: MON – FRI 1ST SHIFT EARLY MORNING START TIMES ( 7:00 AM TO 8:00 AM )
