The Opportunity
This position works out of our Abbott Park IL facility.
What You’ll Work On
Responsible for the daily administrative operations of the organization's Long Term Incentive program and provides support to the broader Executive Compensation team.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform all activities associated with Officer and Director grants, vestings and exercises
Ensure codes and settings are accurate within the UBS system; works with vendor as needed
Liaison with Abbott finance, treasury and legal to ensure all obligations are met
Manage 15% sale process for eligible Officers
Ensure continuity of myHR LTI resources and training for employees and HR
Develop and track key performance indicators for content and communications
Develop sustainable strategy for HR support and training
Develop governance structure and schedule for maintenance of myHR LTI page
Main liaison with employee communications and myHR portal teams on page content and design
Partner with senior HR leadership to collect and validate corporate officer goals, ensure accurate entry into Workday, and calculate performance metrics based on established criteria and business results.
Manage and execute the communication processes for the Officers and Directors
Create the communication schedule
Engage key stakeholders and leadership as needed to ensure accurate distributions and quarterly payments
Work with external vendor for banking, address, and tax validation
Provide beneficial ownership information for proxy, and any other related data or project requests.
Provide training and/or guidance to junior member(s) of team.
Responsible for the LTI death process and share pool tracking.
Support report requests and employee inquiries as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 4 years experience in Human Resources
- Proficient Excel skills; Effective written and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Workday.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Process management

The base pay for this position is $75,300.00 – $150,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
