What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting daily production in our scratch bakery

• Executing recipes with precision, consistency, and care

• Maintaining a clean, organized workspace (details matter here—always)

• Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality

• Collaborating with a small team that relies on each other to get things done

What We’re Looking For

• Real pastry or bakery experience (this isn’t an entry-level “curious about baking” role)

• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail

• A proven track record of showing up, following through, and finishing strong

• Ability to maintain high quality and consistency under pressure

• A calm, focused presence—someone who takes pride in their work
