Shift Lead
A Part-Time Laderach Key Holder (Shift Lead)is a brand champion who is passionate about providing a wonderful overall in-store experience. The ideal Key Holder exudes strong leadership traits and aims to build a career in retail management.
What you can expect :
- You will deliver outstanding customer experience, as well as a similar environment for the in-house team
- You will provide training and/or helping Store Associates to always ensure that production goals are met, including product-finishing projects
- You will lead various in-store tasks during each shift, exemplifying the store and brand standards
- You will ensure the movement on the sales floor is flowing effectively
- You will Help ensure product merchandising is done accurately
- You will help to lead the follow-through of all food safety protocols
- You will target sales objectives and help to achieve store compliance and loss prevention standards
- You will participate in team meetings to discuss goals, progress and topics in need of improvement
- You will participate in other role-related duties as assigned by the Store Manager
What we expect from you
- You have at least 1 year of experience in retail sales or similar fast-paced, customer-minded environment, with increasing levels of responsibility
- You are equipped with strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively
- You are reliable and flexible with scheduling based on store needs
- You are quality-minded with keen attention to detail
- You are passionate about chocolate
Physical Requirements:
- Depending on the length of the shift, employees may need to have physical stamina to remain active and stand for long hours, often walking or standing in a fast-paced environment.
- This position requires the ability to move quickly between tasks, assist multiple customers at once, or handle unexpected changes (like restocking or re-organizing displays).
- Multitasking requires physical agility and the ability to stay organized.
- Employees may be required to bend, squat, or reach up high to organize or stock products.
- Some retail positions require employees to maintain cleanliness in the store, which can involve bending down to clean floors or wiping down displays.
- Restocking low shelves or accessing high displays may involve frequent bending or stretching.
- Requires the ability to lift 15-40 pounds.
