Part-Time | Monday-Friday | Day Shift (opportunity to grow into full-time)
We are looking for an experienced, highly organized Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate service requests, dispatch technicians, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced office environment. What We're Looking For

- High School Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Previous CSR, dispatching, scheduling, or office administration experience required
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Experience with Service Titan is a plus
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians based on customer needs and technician availability
- Monitor service requests and ensure timely completion
- Provide customers with clear status updates and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, dispatch logs, and customer interactions
- Utilize Service Titan software to manage work orders and documentation
- Handle emergency and urgent requests with urgency and care
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve operations and customer satisfaction
