J1 Assistant Restaurant Manager
The J1 Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing restaurant operations.
- Supervise staff and manage schedules.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Assist in training new employees.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
Team Structure: You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and a team of servers, cooks, and support staff.
Ideal Profile :The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and soft skills to effectively manage restaurant operations.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality management education is a plus.
