Together, we help clients provide better outcomes and long-lasting results, from strategy to execution. /pp /pp As a Tech Arch Integration Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and defining user/customer requirements while focusing on developing user interfaces across various platforms including mobile, web, and tablets. You will be responsible for coding, programming, and creating specifications to deliver development services that align with business requirements./pp /ppstrongYour key responsibilities /strong/ppIn this role, you will lead the delivery of complex processes and solutions, ensuring quality and risk management while navigating operational dynamics. You will be responsible for managing client relationships and revenue generation, providing leadership across multiple activities, and achieving performance objectives. Your ability to communicate effectively and build trust with clients will be essential. /pp /pulliStrong understanding of Agile delivery and development methodologies. /liliProficient in application development tools and quality assurance processes. /liliAbility to develop solutions to complex problems and recommend policy changes. /liliAbility to work with the key stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on SAP system capabilities. /liliExperience initiating the requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, complete the workflow and documentation, as well as the functional design of the solution./liliAbility to liaise with the stakeholders and technical team to translate needs into business solutions and complete the configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.    /li/ulp /ppstrongTo qualify for the role, you must have /strong/pulliA bachelor’s degree: master’s degree preferred./liliTypically, no less than 5 - 7 years of relevant experience working with one or more SAP modules with full-cycle implementations inside your core module./liliPrior consulting experience./liliStrong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills /liliExperience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members. /liliStrong hands-on experience with SAP integration tools, including SAP PI/PO, SAP LT, SAP ABAP, EDI, and SAP BTP./liliProficiency designing and implementing SAP integration solutions using middleware technologies (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, SAP BTP)./liliIn-depth knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, CRM, MM, PP, SD, MDM, FICO, and HCM./liliExperience with APIs and web services (SOAP/REST), data transformation, and integration patterns./liliExperience working with PI/PO adapters, including IDoc, Mail, File, SFTP, JMS, SOAP/REST, JDBC, ABAP Proxy, RFC, and web services./liliExperience integrating EDI and non‑EDI standards with customized mapping requirements./liliWorking knowledge of cloud integration platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SAP cloud tools (HCI, OData Services, SAP API Management)./liliA strong background in SAP integration architecture, design, and strategy./liliExperience developing integration architecture and strategies to ensure data consistency and integrity across systems./liliFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices./liliKnowledge of database management systems and data modeling concepts./liliExperience with SAP Technologies such as XI/PI/PO, Solution manager, SAP LT, Data Services, ABAP, Security, and S4 HANA./liliWorking knowledge of Cloud Integration using HCI, OData Service and SAP API Management./liliA flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%. /li/ulp /ppstrongIdeally, you’ll also have /strong/pulliSAP certification(s). /liliA proactive approach to identifying and solving client issues./liliExcellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams and interact with clients./liliStrong negotiation and influencing skills. /liliA proven track record of building and managing client relationships. /li/ulp /ppstrongWhat we look for/strong/ppWe seek individuals who demonstrate emotional agility, digital fluency, and a commitment to leading teams towards success. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $171,600 to $392,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $205,900 to $445,700. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
