Overview

Carle Health is seeking an additional BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join our established family practice in Washington, Illinois.

Opportunity Details

• Join an established practice with two physicians and one Advanced Practice Provider
• Primary Care for patients of all ages; average 16 patients per day
• Office Hours are 8am-4:30pm M-Thurs & Fridays 8am-4pm
• Call schedule requirement: Provider takes second call if needed after initial MyNurse triage on nights and weekends. This is a rotation between multiple Providers
• Hospital rounding in a local community hospital (newborn to adult) is an option, but not required
• Full time position including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access
• Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $313,000 - $350,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
