We are currently in the thick of the Q1-to-Q2 transition, and we need a sharp, detail-oriented Accounting Office Administrator to help us cross the finish line with precision. Scope of Role: The Bridge Between Operations & Finance In this contract role, you will be the backbone of our office operations and the primary driver of our daily bookkeeping. You won't just be "handling paperwork"—you will be managing critical vendor relationships, ensuring our cash flow remains healthy through accurate billing, and providing the administrative glue that keeps our leadership team focused on growth. What You Bring to the Team:- QuickBooks Expertise: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience (Online or Desktop) is required. You should be comfortable navigating the Chart of Accounts and generating reports.
- Technical Proficiency: command of the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (formatting, basic formulas, and data sorting).
- Professionalism: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You represent the company to our vendors and clients.
- Reliability: This is a critical support role during a high-volume period; we need someone who is proactive, independent, and committed to meeting deadlines.

education: No Degree Required Responsibilities Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Accounting Assistance: Execute accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes within QuickBooks with 100% accuracy.
- Financial Reconciliation: Perform basic, daily bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure our digital ledgers reflect our actual financial position.
- Administrative Hub: Manage the professional "front of house" - answering high-level inquiries, coordinating schedules, and maintaining a meticulous digital filing system.
