At Sparkle Express Car Wash , we believe clean cars and happy people go hand in hand. We’re looking for outgoing, persuasive, and positive Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our team.

What You’ll Do:
- Be the friendly first point of contact at the kiosk, greet customers with energy and confidence.
- Educate guests about Sparkle’s products, wash packages, and membership plans .
- Promote memberships and upgrades.
- Deliver professional, friendly service that keeps customers coming back.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to keep the site running smoothly.
Who You Are:
- Outgoing, energetic, and naturally persuasive — you enjoy talking to people.
- Professional, reliable, and motivated to hit goals.
- Thrive in outdoor or on-your-feet environments.
- Team player who brings positivity to every shift.
- Prior customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus (not required).
Pay & Perks:
- $16.00–$18.00/hour + commission.
- High earning potential — commission-heavy role with strong bonus opportunities.
- Club plan commissions available to all employees.
