Our Production Expeditor III coordinates materials, parts, and inventory to keep production on schedule and orders moving efficiently from manufacturing to customer shipment. This role collaborates across departments, prioritizes stockroom operations and labor, and leads process improvement projects to support daily business needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain accurate records of machine picks, jobs, and orders to ensure that all are on the production floor and accompanied by the correct paperwork to reflect the correct cell/bay required for each job.
- Communicate with Sourcing, Production, Inventory Control and Order Fulfillment with any material issues that may arise through the course of material picks, production and/or shipment that could potentially cause a demand not being met.
- Ensure all blue sheets are transacted for close out of machines being shipped for the month.
- Support production through the manufacturing process as required while also being capable in pulling back parts from Production to satisfy critical demand by manually re-allocating demand by reserving through PeopleSoft.
- Provide guidance and support daily for Production Expeditor I and II positions as well as train and cross train Material Handlers on the Production Expeditor I and II roles.
- Adjust inventory, ship methods to accommodate customer deadlines and labor to accommodate pick schedules.

What You’ll Need:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 6 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
- 6 years of experience within an MRP and/or PeopleSoft environment.
- 4 years of experience in Lean manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with leadership to analyze/ implement policies and make calculated decisions in relation to said policies.
- Have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, whether through verbal or electronic form.
- Have high standards of professional ethics and business conduct.

Pay Range: The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location, and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications.
$31 - $38 per hour
