Per Sé Group is looking for highly driven and self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based environment. As a Full Desk Recruiter, you will be responsible for both business development and candidate recruitment—managing client relationships and delivering top-tier talent within the Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Engineering, and Renewable Energy sectors.You will act as both a salesperson and a recruiter, owning your territory and client portfolio while actively sourcing, qualifying, and placing candidates. - Identify and engage with new business opportunities through territory management, networking, cold calling, and marketing strategies
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and customer service excellence
- Partner with senior Business Development Managers to build your own book of business and drive long-term growth
- Negotiate client agreements, pay rates, and service terms
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for contract and direct-hire roles across energy and engineering verticals
- Guide candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle—from interview prep to offer acceptance
- Maintain regular communication with placed contractors to ensure ongoing success and satisfaction
- 1–10+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, or staffing (preferably in workforce solutions)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect across all levels of an organization
- High sense of urgency and drive to exceed goals
- Self-starter with a strong desire for financial growth and personal development
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the pay range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000/yr and may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus . This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. This position is eligible for weekly commission, quarterly and annual bonuses predicated on gross margin and finalized in your offer letter.
