Sr Program Manager
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Strategic Projects for a large enterprise services organization. This individual will lead a high-impact, highly visible initiative focused on building and launching a new maintenance service model by leveraging existing capabilities in a more scalable, mobile, and client-centric way.
This role blends program and product management, requiring someone who thrives in complexity, can align diverse stakeholder groups, and knows how to translate strategy into execution. The Senior Program Manager will work closely with executive leadership, operational teams, technology partners, and change management leaders to stand up this new service line, drive adoption, and refine the offering over time. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, strong influencer, and steady leader who can bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Skills and Requirements
5-7+ years of Program and/or Project Management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiativesProven experience managing high-visibility programs with senior leader exposure
Strong program governance, documentation, and executive-level communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholders
Experience launching or standing up new services, products, or operating models
Ability to motivate, engage, and align teams experiencing ambiguity or change
Experience preparing executive-ready decks, documentation, and updates
Comfort operating in 50/50 program and product management environments
Ability to think strategically and make practical recommendations on approach and execution
Availability to work EST business hours (PST/MST candidates acceptable if aligned to EST) Experience in facilities management, maintenance, or service-based operations
Experience with ServiceNow implementations or work management systems
Exposure to enterprise-wide system launches
Background in change management, go-to-market planning, or enablement
Experience supporting matrixed, mobile, or geographically distributed teams
PMP or Master's degree
Experience working within Global Operating Services (GOS) or similar org structures
