Central Scheduling Specialist Responsibilities:

Schedule patient appointments across multiple departments
Coordinate with providers and clinical staff to ensure accurate scheduling
Utilize medical terminology to communicate effectively with patients and staff
Verify patient information and insurance details as needed
Maintain detailed and accurate scheduling records

Central Scheduling Specialist Requirements:

High school diploma required
2+ years of healthcare scheduling experience
Proficiency in medical terminology
Associate's degree

4+ years of healthcare scheduling experience
Experience in behavioral health scheduling
