You’ll be a key contributor on a collaborative team, transforming prints into precise welded assemblies while working safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Fabricate and assemble metal components with multiple welding methods.
- Interpret and apply blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings to plan your work.
- Execute welds in flat, vertical, and overhead positions.
- Inspect welds to verify conformance with standards and specifications.
- Leverage hand tools, power tools, and metrology equipment to achieve tight tolerances.
- Partner with peers to organize priorities and keep jobs moving.
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
What You Bring
- Proven welding/fabrication background with FCAW and Stick (SMAW) experience.
- Comfort reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Resourceful problem-solver who can diagnose and resolve issues quickly.
- Detail-driven mindset and pride in producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with forklifts and cranes preferred.
- Exposure to machining or related trades is a plus, not required.
