WE ARE HIRING – OUTSIDE SALES MANAGER
Are you a leader who knows how to build, motivate, and grow a winning sales team?
This is more than a sales position — we are looking for someone who can help us expand and train the next generation of project managers and outside sales representatives.
Responsibilities :
-Generate new business opportunities
-Recruit and train new outside sales representatives Lead and motivate the sales team
-Help homeowners with roofing, siding, gutters & storm restoration projects
-Build long-term customer relationships
-Create growth strategies for the company
