In this role, you will drive Gemini adoption strategy across higher education by leading a sales team focused on universities and colleges, developing go-to-market strategies that demonstrate Gemini's value for teaching, learning, and research while requiring people management skills, passion for education, understanding of artificial intelligence, and ability to foster meaningful adoption within the academic community. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000-$157,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more aboutbenefits at Google ( . **Responsibilities** + Develop and execute GTM strategy in a specific market for adoption within assigned accounts, owning key results that focus on programs demonstrating quantifiable value, including delivering training to support Gemini adoption across users. + Engage directly with key stakeholders at academic institutions in the territory, acting as a trusted advisor to help faculty and departments build and execute AI integration roadmaps for their teaching and research while managing records of customer interaction. + Identify sector stakeholders that could be enablers to Gemini adoption in the higher education sector (e.g., university associations, frameworks, leadership groups). + Synthesize and relay feedback from customers to help influence the future roadmap for Gemini in Education. + Collaborate closely with teams across Google (e.g., Cloud, Marketing) to ensure you have an aligned One-Google strategy to support universities.
