Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Control professional to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will oversee production scheduling, coordinate materials, and ensure smooth workflow on the factory floor. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills will help optimize manufacturing processes, maintain safety standards, and support efficient assembly line operations.

Responsibilities

• This position will require various skills in office and production environment
• This is full time position with daytime hours 7am-3:30pm
• Maintained accurate inventory records and ensured availability of materials
• Oversee daily production process using Excel for tracking and reporting and able to make your own excel reports
• Printing barcode labels
• Help relieve for breaks for the packers/inspectors
• Maintain accurate production records, logs, and reports for tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement
• Be backup for HR, filling, data entry
• Be dependable, prompt and have very good attendance
• Answering phones and directing calls
• No physical limitations as this position requires standing, walking and lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Its is important to be able to read, write and understand English
• Able to work overtime and some Saturdays and help out during inventory
• Other duties assigned

Experience

• Prior experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment is highly preferred
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols
