Cut 158 Chophouse is seeking a polished, professional, and hospitality-driven Host/Hostess to welcome guests and set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, our hosts play a critical role in delivering the elevated service standards that define the Cut 158 experience.Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Manage reservations and waitlists through OpenTable
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Coordinate seating flow with management and service staff
- Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional host stand
- Assist in creating a seamless and memorable guest experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
