Major Duties :1. Ensures that all supported systems and applications maintain the availability standard
2. Maintains hardware/software inventory 3. Delivers a work product that requires less revision 4. Assists in the implementation of operating systems database or network projects 5. Prepares or modifies high-level and detail-level business requirements documents for development of functional and system specifications 6. Carries out complex activities with significant financial client and/or internal business impact 7. More technically sound in area of expertise and has broader knowledge of other areas 8. Role is balanced between operational execution and development and execution of business function activities Knowledge : Excellent oral and written communication skills are requiredIn-depth Information Technology/ Industry Knowledge is required
Knowledge of information security operating systems software development database systems and information technology concepts needed to effectively manage the group.
Analytical and problem solving skills are required. Experience :A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience in the area of Information Security is required.
3-5 years of development experience
Salary Range:
$80800 - 133400 USDSalary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension) health and welfare benefits (medical dental vision spending accounts and disability) paid time off parental and caregiver leave life & accident insurance and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
