Optimal Care Therapy's sister company, Think Smart Therapy is seeking passionate Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologists (CF-SLPs) to join our clinic-based teams in Chicago/ Skokie Areas. You'll be paired with experienced, certified mentors who are dedicated to helping you grow into a confident, independent clinician while making a meaningful impact on students' lives every day.

What We're Looking For:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Strong passion for working with children in a school-based setting

• Commitment to completing Clinical Fellowship requirements

What You'll Experience:

• Structured Clinical Fellowship supervision aligned with IL and ASHA guidelines

• Direct and indirect mentorship from experienced CCC-SLP supervisors

• Guidance to help you develop independent clinical skills

• Ongoing feedback to strengthen clinical effectiveness and confidence

• Hands-on experience delivering therapy services in a clinic-based setting

• Opportunities to grow through collaboration with educators and multidisciplinary teams

• Specialization Mentorship in our company's areas of specialty of Auditory Processing, Language Processing, Pragmatic Language, Executive Functioning and More!
