Occupational Therapist – School-Based

Antioch, Illinois

Next School Year (2026–2027) | Onsite

Soliant is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for a school-based contract position in the Antioch area. This role supports an early elementary caseload in a structured school environment for the upcoming school year.

Position Overview:

• School year: 2026–2027
• 1 full-time OT opening
• Schedule: 35 hours per week
• Caseload: Students ages 5–10 (early elementary)
• Onsite only
• School district details will be disclosed upon candidate qualification.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations and participate in eligibility meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district/state requirements

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois Occupational Therapist license
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• School-based experience preferred

Experience & Education:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Prior pediatric or school-based experience preferred

Work Hours:

• 35 hours per week
• School-day schedule

Employment Type:

• Contract - W2

Compensation:

• Starting at $53/hour DOE (average ~$56/hour, depending on years of experience)
