We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Email Specialist

to support the execution, development, and distribution of email marketing campaigns for our enterprise energy client.

This role will work closely with marketing specialists and

cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate, and effective email communications. The ideal candidate has experience in email marketing, understands segmentation, and is comfortable working in platforms like Oracle Eloqua.

This role is a 2 year contract, 40 hours per week, and the candidate

must be able to work hybrid 3 days/week in Oakbrook, IL.

Requirements:\

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.\ Familiarity with HTML email sending platforms (Eloqua, Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp).\ General HTML skillset for building email templates.\ Experience in email marketing (B2B and B2C preferred).\ Strong communication and project management skills.\ Ability to work independently and collaboratively.\ Prior experience in segmentation and end-to-end email campaign execution.\ Comfortable managing high volume (\~30 email sends per month). \ Nice to Have

Knowledge of HTML/CSS coding.\

Familiarity with design tools (Photoshop, Canva).\ Content writing experience.\ Experience with A/B testing.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Campaign Execution:\

Build and deploy email campaigns (newsletters, promotional emails, ad-hoc requests) using Oracle Eloqua.\ Translate template images and copy into functional HTML emails.\ Schedule campaigns using a deployment calendar to avoid oversaturation.\ Manage Email Planner Board and Email Marketing Calendar.

Data Management:\

Maintain and segment email lists for targeted campaigns.\ Review customer lists for invalid or duplicate email addresses.\ Maintain Eloqua contact limits.

Analytics & Reporting:\

Pull campaign performance reports on key metrics, provide insights and recommendations.\ Compare performance using third-party benchmarks (e.g., Questline).\ Understand compliance rules for bulk emails and preferences.

Collaboration:\

Work closely with marketing specialists who create content and copy.\ Coordinate across multiple departments to ensure smooth campaign execution.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems,

confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
