- Process vendor invoices and payments
- Maintain and reconcile accounts payable records
- Work close with the AP team and internal departments
- Assist the AP team with Month-end close and audits
- Support Ad-hoc Account projects as needed.
- Associate’s degree in accounting or related field
- Preferred 1-2 years of accounting experience
- Experience with automated AP system
- Sage Intacct experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to Work collaboratively as part of an AP Team to ensure the team meets deadlines.
