Leasing Consultant
Our client is a property management company seeking friendly and motivated Leasing Consultants to join their team at a luxury residential community in Streeterville. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people and has a knack for sales.
You'll conduct property tours, answer inquiries, process applications, and help prospective residents find their new home.
Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours
- Answer phone and email inquiries about available units
- Qualify prospects and match them with suitable apartments
- Process rental applications and verify applicant information
- Prepare lease agreements and complete move-in paperwork
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in CRM
- Assist current residents with questions and lease renewals
- Help plan and execute community events and promotions
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work weekends on a rotating schedule
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Real estate license preferred but not required
- High school diploma required; college degree a plus
