Schedule for the Front Office Associate:

• Monday - Friday: 8AM - 5PM

• Saturday: 8AM - 1PM

*Team is to be at the office 30 minutes prior to start time.

Responsibilities and Requirements of the Front Office Associate:

• At least 2 years of front office experience required

• Polish speaking preferred, not required

• Greeting and welcoming patients into the practice

• Ability to check in and check out patients

• Answer incoming phone calls with the best customer service

• Schedule patient appointments efficiently

• Confirm upcoming appointments and manage cancellations or rescheduled appointments

• Ensure all patient information is accurate and up to date with recent treatments and procedures

• Assisting patients with filling out forms

• Maintain a clean and organized front office area

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Ability to work well with a team and possess a positive, friendly personality
