Windchill Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions and enhancements for Windchill PLM based on user requirements and technical designs.
- Collaborate with team members to solve technical challenges and provide guidance on effective solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and adhere to the SAFe Agile framework for timely delivery of PI objectives.
- Stay updated on Windchill PLM best practices and recommend process improvements.
- Assist in training team members on new features and functionalities.
- Contribute to story refinement, technical design discussions, and effort estimation.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Windchill PLM customization and development .
- Knowledge of Agile / SAFe methodology .
- Expertise in technical design and problem-solving.
Good to Have:
- Experience in training and mentoring team members.
- Familiarity with process improvement initiatives.
