About the Role

My client, an industrial products manufacturer, is seeking a motivated Maintenance Manager with strong mechanical/electrical skills and leadership experience. You’ll oversee maintenance teams, preventive maintenance, and equipment reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties

• Lead and supervise a team of 6 Maintenance Technicians
• Hands on position, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair
• Plan, schedule, and prioritize daily and preventive maintenance activities
• Ensure timely troubleshooting and repair of all industrial process equipment
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair documentation
• Manage inventory of critical spare parts and maintenance supplies
• Oversee installation and alignment of pumps, motors, and drive systems
• Support and enforce all safety programs and compliance standards
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime
• Develop and track KPIs to improve equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency
• Participate in capital projects, upgrades, and equipment improvements

Qualifications Preferred

• Minimum 5+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing plant
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Proficient in troubleshooting 480V 3-phase power and 120V control circuits, High Voltage.
• Boiler license and water treatment experience
• Ability to weld, fabricate, and use industrial hand and power tools
• Solid understanding of preventive maintenance programs and CMMS software
