What You'll Be Doing

As an ACH SME, the role will be responsible for review of the current ACH processes, reconciliation practices and identify requirements for modernization. The resource will participate in defining critical framework for the ACH product and build expertise for backend operational support and enhancements. The SME is to collaborate with various LOBs (upstream and downstream), vendors and regulators to develop a sustainable and scalable end to end workflow, controls and reporting needs.

• The SME is expected to detailed ACH file specifications, perform hands-on validation for accuracy, and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.

• Assists in preparation and research pertaining to internal audits and procedure quality control.

• Ability to prioritize workload and maintain organization in a fast-paced, pressurized environment and multi-task

Who You Are

• Requires minimum 4 years experience in ACH
• In-depth knowledge of the Automated Clearing House rules and procedures. Sets up and processes
• Nice to have experience in Commercial Product Services
• ACH and other electronic transactions

At CIBC, we offer a competitive total rewards package. This role has an expected salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 for the market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which may also include a discretionary bonus component.
