Sanitation Worker – 3rd Shift
Schedule: Sunday–Friday, 7:00 PM–4:30 AM
Pay: $18.50 per hour
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
The Sanitation Worker is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing production equipment, work areas, and facilities to maintain a safe and compliant manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize production lines, machinery, floors, walls, and drains.
- Disassemble and reassemble equipment for deep cleaning.
- Safely use cleaning chemicals according to established guidelines.
- Follow sanitation schedules and standard operating procedures.
- Properly dispose of waste and maintain clean work areas.
- Inspect cleaned areas and report any concerns.
- Complete required sanitation logs and documentation.
- Follow all safety, food-safety, and company policies.
- Previous sanitation or industrial cleaning experience is preferred.
- Comfortable working in wet, cold, and fast-paced environments.
- Able to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is a plus.
- Available to work overtime or weekends when needed.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
- Must be comfortable using required personal protective equipment (PPE).
