Strategic Planning Manager

The Strategic Planning Manager is the driving force behind strategy, execution, and innovation, the ultimate right hand to senior leadership. In this high-impact role, you’ll work side by side with the Vice President and executive team, anticipating what’s next, spotting opportunities before they surface, and shaping the strategic agenda. You’ll play a hands-on role in turning big ideas into bold action, guiding critical initiatives from concept to completion, keeping priorities on track, and making sure leaders have the insights and frameworks to make game-changing decisions. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Drive Strategic Execution:
- Lead high-impact initiatives that cross business lines, managing projects from concept to implementation.
- Partner with leadership to craft and execute the long-term strategic plan, aligning resources and priorities with the organization’s vision
- Manage key operations for the Executive Office, communications, events, recognition programs, and business rhythms that keep the organization running smoothly.
- Develop compelling presentations, reports, and messaging that influence decisions and inspire action.
- Dive into complex data to uncover trends and insights that guide leadership decisions.
- Connect the dots across teams and functions, spotting patterns, opportunities, and risks before they emerge.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Analytical mindset with strong financial acumen and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables and react to changing needs.
- Strategic thinking and ‘attention to detail’ to demonstrate the ‘big picture’ of tactical execution.
- Highly organized, anticipatory with strong leadership, influencing & collaboration skills.
- Strong integrity, confidence, discretion, and executive presence when interacting with senior leaders across the organization. Ability to handle projects of a sensitive and confidential nature.
- Ability to deal with issues and subject matter requiring considerable sensitivity, discretion, and judgment.
- Possesses excellent relationship skills, building relationships across geographies/locations and leveraging those through collaboration and partnership to drive results.
- Work well under pressure, be flexible, and balance multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
- Possesses excellent communication skills, primarily written, to draft effective communication and presentations for colleagues based on the setting (internal and external facing).
- Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to lead through change and ambiguity.

- Workplace Flexibility: Hybrid (minimum 3 days in-office per week)
- Travel: 10 to 15% travel

- Salary: Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives. Potential Salary Range: $90-130K, plus an incentive-based bonus. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.
