LaSalle Network is hiring Procurement Associates to support a national healthcare consulting project focused on supply chain transformation.

We’re partnering with a leading consulting firm that’s rebuilding procurement from the ground up for a major health system—and they need sharp, execution-focused professionals to join the charge. If you’re passionate about cost savings, operational improvement, and want to roll up your sleeves in a high-impact environment, this is the role for you.

These are six-month contract roles with immediate start dates and up to 50% travel . Ideal candidates will bring hands-on experience with purchased services and clinical/surgical supplies .

What’s the job?

• Analyze spend data across purchased services and clinical categories to identify savings opportunities

• Support RFPs, contract reviews, and supplier negotiations

• Partner with on-site stakeholders at hospitals and clinics to document sourcing needs

• Help assess current vendor agreements and recommend strategic sourcing adjustments

• Build out process documentation as the procurement function is restructured

What’s needed?

• 2+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience, ideally in healthcare or consulting

• Familiarity with purchased services and/or clinical supply categories

• Strong communication and Excel skills

• Willingness to travel up to 50%, potentially nationwide

• Experience working in or with hospitals, ASC environments, or large IDNs a plus
