What We Offer We believe in supporting our team members with a comprehensive benefits package: * Paid training * Paid vacation * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401K retirement plan * Work-life balance with dealerships closed on Sundays Core Responsibilities As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our dealership, guiding customers through their journey to find the perfect vehicle. * Customer Engagement: Greet and guide customers as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process. * Inventory Expertise: Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs by using current inventory information. * Demonstration: Enhance the sales process by demonstrating vehicle features. * Administrative Support: Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications. * Inventory Management: Assist management to increase sales by inspecting the lot’s vehicles daily and reporting any problems. * Merchandising: Ensure the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales potential. * Maintenance: Assist in inspecting vehicles to maintain lot standards. Professional Qualifications While no previous automotive experience is required, we look for individuals who possess the following: * Experience: Previous customer service experience is required; previous sales experience is a plus. * Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in-person and over the phone. * Attributes: Reliable, enthusiastic, outgoing, and persistent with a strong work ethic. * Skills: Proficient in basic business math (including percentages) and capable of using Microsoft Office, accounting software, and proprietary sales programs. * Mindset: Focused on the customer’s needs and unafraid to follow-up with potential buyers.
