Director of Talent Acquisition to lead enterprise-wide recruiting efforts and help shape the future of our organization.
This is a high-impact leadership role for a talent acquisition professional who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and people strategy. As a trusted advisor to executive leadership, you will lead the development and execution of recruiting initiatives that attract world-class talent, strengthen our leadership pipeline, and support ambitious growth objectives across North America and global markets.

What You'll Do
As Director of Talent Acquisition, you will lead the organization's talent acquisition function, overseeing executive recruitment, workforce strategy, talent analytics, employer branding, and recruiting operations.
Strategic Talent Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Partner closely with the Executive Leadership Team to anticipate workforce needs and build long-term talent pipelines.
- Align hiring strategies with succession planning, organizational design, and business priorities.
- Provide market intelligence, workforce insights, and recruiting analytics to support executive decision-making.
Executive & Leadership Recruiting
- Lead and oversee executive-level recruiting efforts, including Vice President, Senior Vice President, and C-suite searches.
- Deliver exceptional candidate experiences through highly professional, confidential, and consultative search processes.
- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to manage complex compensation discussions, negotiations, and offer strategies.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within leadership hiring and succession planning efforts.
Recruiting Operations & Innovation
- Establish scalable recruiting processes, tools, and systems that enhance efficiency and hiring outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing time-to-fill, improving quality-of-hire, and elevating the candidate experience.
- Leverage workforce analytics and talent intelligence to identify trends, competitive hiring opportunities, and future workforce needs.
- Lead implementation and optimization of recruiting technologies, ATS platforms, dashboards, and reporting capabilities.
Team Leadership & Development
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Create career development opportunities and succession plans for recruiting team members.
- Establish performance metrics and best practices that drive recruiting excellence across the organization.
Employer Brand & Talent Market Presence
- Strengthen the company's employer brand through strategic outreach, networking, industry partnerships, and executive visibility.
- Develop initiatives that position the organization as an employer of choice within competitive talent markets.
- Lead onboarding feedback and new-hire engagement programs to improve retention and accelerate leadership success.
What You’ll Bring;
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success leading executive and senior-level recruiting initiatives across multiple business units, functions, or geographic regions.
- Experience developing and executing large-scale recruiting strategies in complex organizations.
- Strong expertise in workforce planning, executive search, talent strategy, and succession planning.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and build trusted executive relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting organizations with significant annual hiring volume.
- Advanced experience with HRIS and ATS platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Jobvite, or similar systems.
- Background leading employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.
