This role offers Part-Time hours (20-30 hours/week) with the opportunity to grow to Full-Time. Business hours are Monday through Friday on-site in the Chicago O’Hare/Rosemont area.

Position: Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Levine & Reid is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to deliver thoughtful, accurate, and timely support to both individual and business clients. We’re seeking someone who is open to learning, comfortable with everyday technologies, and ready to tackle challenges with a positive, solutions‑focused mindset. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys contributing to a fast‑paced team, takes initiative in improving operations, and is excited about growing professionally within a supportive environment.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities:

• Set up and service investment accounts
• Review applications for completeness and accuracy
• Assist in preparing documents and marketing materials for employee benefits segment
• Maintain organized and professional office workflows
• Support project management, prioritizing tasks appropriately
• Complete various administrative and marketing responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of administrative experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Quick learner who can adapt to new tools and processes
• Industry experience a plus (not required)
