Minimum 23 years old and 2 years experience.
Weekly pay ACH / direct deposit.
Drivers use company fuel cards unless they do their own IFTA (fuel tax & card)
Cash advances $250 weekly with a $35 fee.
Detention & layover pay (amount depends on customer)
$25 for extra stops (for intermodal)
Longevity pay and Referral bonus of $1,500 per driver (must be in company 90 days).
Occupational insurance & workers comp. provided
Solo: 2,500 miles for 5 days work / 3,000 for 6 days / 3,500 for 7 days
Teams: 6,000 miles per week minimum.
Riders must be approved with safety.
Pets require non-refundable $200 cleaning deposit for company trucks.
ELD: BigRoad (no fees for owner operators)
Regional/Local Chicago
Can be home daily if driver lives close enough and leaves at 3:00/4:00am.
300 mile load radius = up to 600 miles roundtrip in one day.
Routes: Chicago-Indianapolis; Chicago-Green Bay; Chicago-IA; Chicago-MI.
90% drop & hook freight. Containers/intermodal.
Company drivers= Driver can opt for $0.55 per mile...
OR flat rate $1,250 for 5 days on the road. $1,500 for 6 days on the road.
Pay: $0.55 cpm or flat rate of $1250 for 5 days or $1500 for 6 days on the road
