Lawyers On Demand, a Consilio company , is currently seeking a contract e-Billing Administrator for one of our corporate clients for a remote assignment.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have either Law Firm or Corporate Legal department experience.

Role Overview:

• Administer and support the e-Billing platform used by global legal teams.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external law firms to onboard, train, and ensure compliance with e-Billing processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the e-Billing system.
• Collaborate with legal teams and vendors to address billing discrepancies or inquiries.
• Manage invoice reconciliation and resubmission of rejected invoices.
• Coordinate international invoice AP processing.
• Develop and run ad hoc reporting as needed.
• Deliver legal billing training for global legal and finance teams.
• Assist with e-Billing platform integration into Oracle; support Sr. Manager with readiness activities.

Vendor Management:

• Maintain strong relationships with external law firms and legal service providers.
• Drive acknowledgment of Outside Counsel Billing Policy with firms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
• 5 years of e-Billing experience.
• Experience with Brightflag Enterprise Legal Management (ELC) platform is a plus.
