What You’ll Do:

As an HVAC Technician on our team, you will be responsible for a wide range of hands-on tasks, including:

• Installing new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial properties

• Inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency

• Performing routine preventative maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and reduce unexpected breakdowns

• Responding promptly to emergency service calls and troubleshooting issues quickly and effectively

• Maintaining detailed records of work performed, including parts used and hours logged

• Complying with all safety standards, protocols, and company procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment

What We’re Looking For:

We’re searching for a team player with strong technical skills and a customer-first mindset. The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on HVAC experience in installation, repair, and maintenance

• EPA Certification (Type I, II, or Universal required)

• Solid understanding of HVAC systems, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals

• Ability to diagnose problems quickly and recommend cost-effective solutions

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Capability to lift heavy equipment, work in tight spaces, and handle physically demanding tasks

• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
