Lead Relationship Banker
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Lead Relationship Banker to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build strong relationships with clients, provide tailored financial solutions, and contribute to the growth of our banking services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of banking products, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients and business banking customers.
- Identify clients’ financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
- Provide personalized financial advice and solutions to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Cross-sell banking products such as loans, deposits, investment services, and cash management solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor client accounts and proactively address any issues or opportunities for additional service.
- Stay informed about industry trends, banking regulations, and new product offerings.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall branch performance.

- Thorough product/service knowledge and thorough knowledge of regulatory, policy and compliance issues
- Solid understanding of retail product philosophy, including policies, procedures, documentation, and systems
- Thorough knowledge of teller and platform functions, including but not limited to processing transactions, balancing cash, opening accounts, and sales techniques
- Effective interpersonal communication, leadership, relationship management, time management, sales activities management, and sales ability skills
- Ability to evaluate and resolve problems and issues with minimal guidance
- Demonstrated success in retail sales environment
- Working knowledge of employment practices including rewards and recognition, employee development, and change management
