LaSalle Network is hiring a HubSpot Consultant to join our client’s team on a contract staff augmentation basis. This is an immediate opportunity for a HubSpot expert to play a key role in driving marketing automation, campaign execution, and customer engagement. Based in a fast-paced environment, this role will manage integrations, reporting, and renewals to support onboarding and retention initiatives. The contract will run for an initial three months, with a strong chance of extension, offering 30–40 hours of work per week.

HubSpot Consultant Responsibilities:

• Manage renewals.

• Build and manage HubSpot lists, email campaigns, and personalization workflows.

• Schedule and execute marketing campaigns, including campaign codes, emails, and automation workflows.

• Develop, monitor, and report on campaign performance, visitor activity, and onboarding/renewals.

• Coordinate lead tracking and movement between HubSpot and Salesforce.

• Support Pendo HubSpot integration and Zapier workflows.

• Ensure onboarding communications are delivered accurately and on time.

HubSpot Consultant Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot (campaigns, workflows, reporting, segmentation).

• Familiarity with Salesforce integration and lead management processes.

• Experience with Zapier to connect systems and streamline workflows.

• Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Pendo experience a plus.
